I had some quibbles with the worldbuilding (the hacking sequences are really silly and trite, and apparently in the future all teenagers are super-competent while most adults, especially those in positions of advanced leadership, are incompetent boobs) but the characters are likable and the story engaging.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"frame-outer  \"><span><span><span><span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0393330605\/ref=as_li_ss_il?ie=UTF8&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=0393330605&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;tag=shannphill-20\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com\/images\/I\/51dgGSlRCbL._SL160_.jpg\" ><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Reading this book is very much like sitting still while somebody shows you their vacation slideshow. It&#8217;s in no way a useful guide to Venice, and even the most avid Judith Martin fans (of which <a href=\"http:\/\/shannon.users.sonic.net\/blog\/?p=950\">I am one<\/a>) are likely to find their attention wandering as she recounts the trials and tribulations she went through trying to sublet an apartment.
