I briefly cracked the top ten in Amazon&#8217;s list of most popular free e-books in the Contemporary Fantasy category, peaking (I believe) at #9:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"frame-outer  \"><span><span><span><span><a title=\"no9 by Jo Shannon Phillips, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/siduri\/8059688036\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm9.staticflickr.com\/8452\/8059688036_cd05212a5d.jpg\" alt=\"no9\" width=\"415\" height=\"232\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s even possible that I climbed a spot or two after I went to bed\u2014there seemed to be a surge of last-minute interest in the book, which I think is an excellent sign, as it suggests that people were sharing the link with their friends. On the list of all free e-books <em>The Millennial Sword<\/em> was at #373.
