{"id":172,"date":"2008-07-22T12:56:59","date_gmt":"2008-07-22T19:56:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shannon.users.sonic.net\/blog\/?p=172"},"modified":"2008-07-22T12:56:59","modified_gmt":"2008-07-22T19:56:59","slug":"facts-about-robin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/shannon.users.sonic.net\/blog\/?p=172","title":{"rendered":"Facts About Robin"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>He&#8217;s learned how to wave, and now it&#8217;s something he does dozens of times every day.\u00a0 It just tickles him pink when he waves at people and they wave back.\u00a0 He points at things too.<\/li>\n<li>He&#8217;s eating more and more solid food.\u00a0 I try to feed him three regular meals a day.\u00a0 Breakfast is always fresh fruit with iron-fortified cereal, but lunch and dinner are generally just small portions of whatever we&#8217;re eating.\u00a0 He&#8217;s very enthusiastic about most foods; the only thing I can remember that <em>wasn&#8217;t<\/em> a hit was a tomato salad dressed with fresh rosemary and red onions.\u00a0 Too strongly flavored I think.\u00a0 But he loves plain tomatoes!<\/li>\n<li>He had another modeling gig, but he was just the back-up model so they didn&#8217;t take any pictures.\u00a0 He got paid anyway though.<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m eighty percent certain that he&#8217;s right-handed.<\/li>\n<li>He will take steps as long as he&#8217;s holding onto something, but he&#8217;s yet to balance upright on his own.\u00a0 He can crawl up stairs but his method of getting back down involves a headfirst sort of dive that\u2014if I ever let him go through with it\u2014would probably result in a nasty tumble.\u00a0 Nevertheless he really likes the stairs.<\/li>\n<li>He especially likes this one game where he throws his ball down a flight of stairs, and then I go get it for him.\u00a0 We have played many, many iterations of this game.<\/li>\n<li>Yesterday he chased a little girl around the park, crawling after her while she scampered away laughing.<\/li>\n<li>Somewhere along the way he&#8217;s changed from a helpless baby into a spirited little boy, communicative and social, full of curiosity and affection.\u00a0 I sure do love my little buddy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>He&#8217;s learned how to wave, and now it&#8217;s something he does dozens of times every day.\u00a0 It just tickles him pink when he waves at people and they wave back.\u00a0 He points at things too.
